CERTIFICATION: ICF Accredited 66 hours is a Complete Level 1
To commence with the assessments and mentor sessions, you must have completed the following:
- 1 of the Big 4 courses: Business Coach, Enneagram Coach, Executive Coach and Life Coach.
- Completed the Global Skills course in full. Includes 6 x observed coaching sessions.
- Feedback for your chosen 1 of the Big 4: Business, Enneagram, Executive and Life Coach courses.
- Complete at least 10 hours of coaching with clients. Coach 5 clients, 2 x 1-hour coaching sessions each or Coach 10 individual clients to make up the 10 hours. We do not need to see a list of who you’ve coached. The more practice you do, the better.
Once the above is complete, you will then:
- Book your 3 mentor hours. We assign a mentor to you.
- Submit your gap analysis audio assessment and transcript. Wait for feedback before submitting your Level 1 Performance Evaluation.
- Submit your Level 1 Performance Evaluation audio and transcript. If you pass, you are awarded your Level 1 Global Coach certification. If you do not pass, you’ll be able to submit another assessment.
