Participant Enrolment Agreement
Process
- Participants self-enrol via our learning portal site, https://coach.innerlifeskills.com/, or with step-by-step help from our Office Manager. We offer Zoom calls to guide participants through course selection and enrolment.
- Course information pages where Participants enrol display course information, ICF hours, class duration, dates, times, and curriculum.
- Participants are directed to our payment portal via WooCommerce, a secure online payment system. Here, they opt in to pay via PayPal or Credit Card. By submitting successful payments, they are automatically enrolled.
- Participants access their course materials once they log in to their online profile. Participants complete a detailed online intake form stored on our confidential, secure database via Kit.
- Emails welcome the participant and confirm course enrolment, course dates, and times with Zoom meeting links.
This agreement is displayed and accessible to all participants on our website:

9.1 Registration Transfers
Modifications to registration, including substitutions of participants or transfer of course dates, must be completed at least 7 days before the program start date. Participants may contact ILS to modify their registration at info@innerlifeskills.com. Course changes will be allowed if there are spaces available.
9.2 ILS Course Cancellation
ILS reserves the right to cancel any event or course for reasons beyond our control, including illness or insufficient student numbers. If ILS cancels an event or course, fees paid prior will be refunded in full.
10. Liability
Note that nothing ILS, our staff, or faculty says at any event or course or on any recording is intended as prescriptive advice, and as such, clients, participants, and purchasers are advised to seek appropriate medical or psychiatric advice.
11. Participation
Success in our program requires a full commitment by all participants. By enrolling in a short module course, the ILS Global Coach or the ILS Master Coach program, you agree to be fully present during all classes and participate to the best of your ability. This includes arriving on time, abiding by the code of conduct, and engaging in course activities.
11.1 Illness or Absenteeism
You must be present at all course classes to provide you with the minimum required training hours for certification. If you have an emergency or become ill and cannot attend a coaching session, please contact your ILS representative immediately.
You will be expected to complete all course-related online materials. If you miss more than one live session per module, you can repeat the class when it runs again. Attendance requirements may vary by programme. Please check your course information page or contact us at info@innerlifeskills.com for details.
If you miss more than 2 hours of group mentor coaching, you will need to arrange and pay for individual mentor coaching classes to complete the required 10 hours of mentor coaching to satisfy the International Coaching Federation requirements.
Petitions to this policy are considered on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted in writing to ILS.
11.2 Course Engagement
Our courses are designed to be interactive and engaging for our participants. Therefore, you are expected to participate in course activities, including dialogue with the course instructor and peers, in-class breakout coaching activities, and experiential learning exercises. If you cannot participate in an activity, please inform your instructor as soon as possible. Please refer to the code of conduct for additional details.
11.3 Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally during all classes. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Arriving on time for all classes.
- Attending all live classes and mentor coaching classes.
- Having your camera on for virtual live classes.
- Participating fully in all classes and mentor coaching classes. This includes being prepared for the session, involving yourself in discussions and activities, assuming responsibility for your learning, and contributing to the learning of others.
- Engaging in discussions with integrity and honesty.
- Being respectful of your fellow participants and instructors, including silencing your cell phone, not texting, and avoiding other disruptive behaviours.
- Embracing diversity and inclusion while respecting the dignity and humanity of others.
- To protect all participants’ privacy and the integrity of the learning environment, the use of AI bots, notetakers (including tools such as Otter AI), or any form of transcription or recording service is strictly prohibited during live Zoom sessions. Participants are required to disable such tools before joining.
Should you have a pre-existing psychological or medical condition, we recommend that you consult with your doctor before attending our classes.
Classes and events can elicit emotions and trigger strong feelings for some, which we do our best to create a safe, loving space to support; however, ILS staff and faculty are not qualified psychologists or therapists and, therefore, are not a replacement for therapy. We cannot be held responsible for your emotional well-being during our classes and events.
The ILS team reserves the right to ask a participant to leave an online class session or event if they feel the participant is inappropriate, unreasonably disruptive, or poses a risk to themselves or others.
12. Transfer of Credit Hours
ILS will accept partial credit hours from other organisations or programs. If you have completed a partial ICF-accredited ACTP, Level 1 or Level 2 program at another organisation, we will apply your completed credit hours to your Level 1 or Level 2 program. You must provide documentation of your ICF Coaching Education completion, including the organisation, number of hours completed, completion certificate, and contact information for the organisation or trainer. You may be asked for additional details or documentation on an as-needed basis.
Please contact info@innerlifeskills.com for more information.
13. Screenshots and Images
We reserve the right to take screenshots and photographs or take video and audio recordings of all classes and events. These recordings and images may be viewed on our websites, added to course content, shared on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube and shared with the International Coaching Federation, which accredits our programs.
Although we endeavour to take all reasonable steps to preserve your anonymity, by enrolling on and booking an online class or event, you are deemed to automatically consent to your voice, image, video, or streaming being published online as well as shared with the ICF.
14. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
A Note on Our Intellectual Property
All InnerLifeSkills (ILS) materials, including but not limited to our PDF Enneagram Test, course content, graphics, frameworks, coaching tools, and video resources, are original works protected by copyright.
We are sometimes asked whether students or coaches may:
- Upload ILS PDFs or documents to AI tools to generate new content or quizzes
- Recreate ILS tests or tools in platforms such as Typeform, Google Forms, or similar
- Adapt or redistribute ILS materials in any digital or printed format
The answer, in all of these cases, is no, unless you have received explicit written permission from InnerLifeSkills.
Why This Matters
Our materials are not just content. They are carefully designed learning experiences that include original graphics, sequenced frameworks, proprietary language, and embedded resources developed over decades of practice. When they are extracted, converted, or fed into third-party tools, even with good intentions, the integrity of the experience is compromised, and the intent of the original work is lost.
This policy also protects our certified coaches and Wisdom Partners. They have made a significant investment in their ILS training and are authorised to use these tools within defined boundaries. Unauthorised versions, however similar they may appear, are not ILS tools, and do not carry the quality or accountability that our certification represents.
Permitted and Prohibited Use
All content published or distributed by InnerLifeSkills, including but not limited to coaching tools, tests, assessments, course materials, frameworks, graphics, video content, and PDF documents, is the original intellectual property of InnerLifeSkills and is protected by copyright.
You may not, without prior written consent from InnerLifeSkills:
- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any ILS material in any format, digital or printed
- Upload any ILS material to an artificial intelligence tool, platform, or service for the purpose of generating derivative content, quizzes, applications, or any other output.
- Recreate or adapt any ILS tool, test, or assessment in a third-party platform, including but not limited to form builders, quiz platforms, or app development environments.
- Share, sell, sublicense, or transfer any ILS material to a third party
These restrictions apply to all users, including enrolled students, certified coaches, and Wisdom Partners, except where specific written authorisation has been granted as part of a formal partnership or licensing agreement.
Unauthorised use of ILS intellectual property may constitute copyright infringement and will be treated accordingly.
If you are an ILS certified coach, your training guidelines set out what you are authorised to use. For licensing enquiries or questions about permitted use, contact us at info@innerlifeskills.com.
© InnerLifeSkills. All rights reserved. No part of any ILS material may be reproduced, stored, converted, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, or otherwise, without prior written permission from InnerLifeSkills.
15. Payments and Tuition Fees
By enrolling, you agree to pay the tuition fees for the program or short module course that you have selected in advance of the program class dates. ILS may, at its discretion, prevent a participant from attending classes or accessing online learning materials until any unpaid fees are paid.
All enrolments are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
Purchases and payments for our courses can be made via our secure PayPal system. We don’t accept credit or debit card payments via email or phone as these are not secure methods. Tuition fees are displayed in USD, Euros, British Pounds Sterling and Rands for each course, along with class Zoom dates and times with time zone guides.
To arrange to pay for full programs via SWIFT or EFT, please email info@innerlifeskills.com
You are responsible for paying your country’s taxes. VAT will be charged when appropriate.
16. Program Credits and Duration
Synchronous and asynchronous hours and durations, for Level 1 Global Coach and Level 2 Master Coach programs, are displayed.
16.1 Partial Completion Credits
ILS will offer credit for partial completion of a course. The number of hours awarded to the participant will depend on the number of hours of curriculum received and completed assignments turned in on time.
If a participant is interested in receiving partial credit for a course in which they are currently or were previously enrolled, they can contact the Director of Training at info@innerlifeskills.com no more than 14 days after the course has ended. Participants must include details about the course they were enrolled in, the number of credit hours they seek, and any additional relevant information. If approved, they will receive a certificate of credit from ILS indicating the number of training hours completed.
17. Statement on Ethics, Integrity and Transparency
As an ICF accredited provider, ILS adheres to and emphasises the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics. The ICF Code of Ethics describes the ICF’s core values, ethical principles, and standards of behaviour for all ICF professionals. Meeting these ethical standards of behaviour is the first of the ICF core coaching competencies.
You can read more about the ICF Code of Ethics at coachingfederation.org/ethics/code-of-ethics.
Additionally, ILS commits to acting with integrity and transparency. We hold ourselves and our participants to the highest level of integrity and strive to be as transparent as possible by explicitly stating measures to provide programs ethically. We do not believe in using manipulative or dishonest sales tactics and strive to provide a safe and ethical sales process. Furthermore, we work to provide fair and equitable pricing for all programs to ensure access and quality of coaching education.
18. Business Continuity, Closure and Teach-Out
ILS is committed to protecting your learning pathway. If we ever need to close or discontinue a programme, we will act in good faith to minimise disruption and support you in completing your training or transitioning to another provider.
In the event of programme discontinuation, business closure, or changes to our ICF accreditation status, ILS will:
- Notify all currently enrolled participants in writing as soon as a closure or programme discontinuation is confirmed, giving at least 30 days’ notice where possible.
- Provide formal documentation of training completed, including hours, modules, mentor coaching hours, and assessment status.
- Where reasonably possible, implement a teach-out period to allow participants to complete outstanding requirements, including continued access to course materials, substitute faculty, or guidance toward alternative ICF-accredited providers.
- Retain your training records securely for a minimum of five years from the date of last activity.
- Consider a prorated refund in good faith if no reasonable teach-out option can be provided for services paid for but not yet delivered, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Training completed while ILS holds valid ICF accreditation remains applicable toward ICF credentialing in line with ICF policies. ILS does not guarantee transfer, placement, or recognition of training by third-party providers or the ICF. Any continuation of training with another provider is subject to that provider’s own fees, admission criteria, and policies.
