CERTIFICATION: ICF Accredited 150 hours is a Complete Level 2
To commence with the assessments and mentor sessions, you must have completed the following:
- All course resources for: Business Coach, Enneagram Coach, Executive Coach, Life Coach and the Global Skills course.
- Feedback practical for Business, Enneagram, Executive and Life Coach courses.
- 6 x Observed coaching sessions, which are completed in the Global Skills live training classes.
- Complete at least 10 hours of coaching with clients. Coach 5 clients, 2 x 1-hour coaching sessions each or Coach 10 individual clients to make up the 10 hours. We do not need to see a list of who you’ve coached. The more practice you do, the better.
Once the above is completed, you will then:
- Book your 3 mentor hours. We assign a mentor to you.
- Submit your gap analysis audio assessment and transcript. Wait for feedback before submitting your Level 2 Performance Evaluation.
- Submit your Level 2 Performance Evaluation audio and transcript. If you pass, you are awarded your Level 2 Master Coach certification. If you do not pass, you’ll be able to submit another assessment.
