I gained so much from the Enneagram Coach certification course. I wasn’t familiar with the Enneagram prior to coming to ILS, but I was always fascinated by personality typing. However, there was usually something missing. It was a fun exercise to learn my MBTI, but now what? The Enneagram, and the ILS course, specifically, helped me truly understand why I do what I do, why people I care about do what they do, and how we can work to improve our reactions and grow. The narrative style of finding your type that ILS uses makes so much more sense that unreliable tests. It was so eye opening, and I enjoyed every minute of the course.

The Enneagram can be quite difficult to explain and explore for some – especially when taken to the depth one needs to go to become a certified coach. I love the ease of the ILS 3 Pearl system with 8 step typing processes.
